Snap Insight is a new sponsored research service from Small Business Technology Magazine that delivers concise, comprehensive knowledge on the adoption and use of information technology among small businesses in an enjoyable multimedia package.
Each Snap Insight highlights the highly newsworthy results of a survey focusing on seven key questions on a single small business technology topic; it is fielded in two weeks or less with a guaranteed minimum of 100 responders.

Sample Timeline
- Kick-Off. (KO) à Conference call with sponsor’s stakeholders to determine research/PR goals, timeline. 30 minutes by phone
- KO + 2 Business Days (BD) --> SBTI research staff proposes a set of 7 to 10 questions.
- KO + 4 BD --> Sponsor’s stakeholders review, make changes, select 7 questions.
- KO + 5 BD --> SBTI runs final review, approves.
- KO + 6 BD --> Sponsor runs final review, approves.
- KO + 7 BD --> SBTI sets fielding schedule, response intake setup
- KO + 8 BD --> SBTI starts fielding
- KO + 18 BD --> SBTI ends fielding
- KO + 23 BD --> SBTI compiles preliminary analysis, makes aggregate and point data available to sponsor (without respondents personal information)
- KO + 28 BD --> SBTI prepares print report, multimedia presentation, press release and makes available to sponsor for non-binding review
- KO + 29 BD --> Reports and press release are available to be issued based on release timeline agreed upon with sponsor
