Full page bleed ad: live 7.25w x 10.25h, trim 8.375w x 10.875w, bleed 8.75w x 11.25 (add bleed on both sides to allow for left- or right-hand placement)
Half page horizontal ads: 7.25w x 4.5h

File Formats
We accept print-ready files at 300+ dpi at 100%. Outline all fonts and embed all images. All insertions are subject to approval. Acceptable submission formats in order of preference: High res PDF (preferred); others: Full quality TIFF, JPG, or EPS; or source files in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.

We DO NOT accept files in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, CorelDraw, QuarkXpress or Publisher. Insertions that do not meet our digital requirements will be sent back for revisions. Questions? Call 408-494-0212 x115.
